All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.

Meeting InformationSpokane Northside Group
Meetings are held the second Friday of every month at 10 a.m. in the Health Education Center of the Holy Family Medical Building, 235 E. Rowan. Call Alicia at (509) 954-9003.
(Enter South Entrance of Holy Family Hospital. Take elevator located near gift shop to Basement Level. Exit right from elevator and go right at corner toward cafeteria. At entrance to cafeteria go left. Heath Education Center (HEC) rooms are clearly signed about 30 feet left of cafeteria entrance. We are in rooms 2/3.)Spokane City Group
Meets the third Thursday of every month at 10 at The Women’s Club of Spokane, 1428 West 9th Avenue. Entrance is on Walnut, West side of the building through the green door and down to the right. Call Alicia at (509) 954-9003.
West Plains Group

The Spokane Valley Group is currently not meeting.
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
